Is the launchpad program good for beginners?

The launchpad is a DIY program that is designed for every body. These exercises support innate, universal human pathways & systems that will help anyone improve their baseline & foundation.

Will I be able to get 1-on-1 coaching in the launchpad?

1-on-1 coaching is by far the quickest, easiest, and most impactful way for you to see the results you want, and in order for me to make sure everybody who wants to be coached can get it, I seperated it from the core Launchpad course.

The Flow Ops Transformation Program is a 6-month coaching program that will afford you the opportunity to be coached live by me through 1-on-1 sessions, group sessions, and have full access to all of my content/ materials with custom programming. It's a quarterly program where I open the doors to a limited amount of people to maximize effectiveness.
